Registration Rates

NOTE: According to the policy of the ICO and the WOC, everyone participating in the scientific program will be responsible for their own registration fees, hotel, and travel expenses. We regret that we cannot waive registration fees, cover expenses, or offer travel grants for any Scientific Program Committee members, including Coordinators, Chairs, Speakers, and/or Participants. By doing this, we ensure support for ICO programs and initiatives.

Member Rate: If you are an individual member in one of ICO’s Member Societies, then you are eligible to register at the reduced rate member category.

ICO MEMBER SOCIETIES: Please make sure your membership dues are current to ensure your members receive the discounted rate. Make sure your payment is received in advance to allow ample processing time.

Registration Payments

All registrations must be made online. The WOC2020 will not process registrations that do not include payment information, and receipt of partial registration does not guarantee the registration rate.

The ICO reserves the right to review each registration for the appropriateness of the selected registration category and make any necessary corrections. For example, a full-time faculty member of ophthalmology that chooses the Accompanying Person or Medical Student rate will be corrected upon review. The ICO reserves the right to charge his/her credit card the difference in registration fees.

Important Note

By registering for the WOC2020, you are providing us with permission to include your name, organization, and country for the list of attendees shared with select exhibitors and use of your image captured in photographs/videos on site.
